Rental Agreement

Each adult guest booking with Stonewood Lodge must complete the following steps:

1. Click on the link: Rental Agreement and review the entire document.
    
2. Click on the link: Waiver & Release of Liability and print.
    
3. Complete the required information on Addendum "A" - Waiver & Release of Liability.
    
4. To validate the Liability Waiver, identity authentication is required. Each adult guest must scan a clear and legible copy of their current, state issued, Driver's License Photo ID on the back of the Liability Waiver.
    
5. Mail "Addendum A - Waiver & Release of Liability" to
